As one part of a day-long take over of Lithuanian cultural radio station Palanga Street Radio, I had a conversation with architect Justinas Dudėnas about building narratives, who shapes the city, and what parts of history can inform our presence within it.

Recorded as I walked through London’s Vauxhall & Nine Elms zones of reconstruction, and while Justinas recorded in situ from a meander along the Neris river in Vilnius, we discussed stories from each city and found some collective imaginary between the two.
